Rockcliff appears to be well on its way to having a second VMS deposit ripe for exploitation. Their drilling program this year, some 8,000 metres costing ~$1 M, has generated almost $200M in metals value to the deposit!
Most deposits in the Flin Flon-Snow Lake Greenstone Belt went into production with under 2M tons of mineralized material and the Talbot now has over 4M and it is open (for expansion) in all directions. The Talbot Deposit target is about double today’s news with +3.5% Cueq grades. The Talbot is one of the richest VMS deposits in North America and geophysical surveys have uncovered multiple deep conductive plates below the known mineralization.
The Company has a large portfolio of very high grade VMS deposits. They also have a portfolio of gold rich mineralized projects in Manitoba’s Greenstone Belt, the flagship Laguna is Manitoba’s first and highest grade former gold mine grading 18.7 g/t gold.
